Rates
For Individual sessions:
$150 per 50 minutes session
For couples:
$175 per 75 minute session
Groups (3-4 members);
$35 (per person) per 90 minute session
Insurance
Because I provide pro bono psychotherapy and consultation services to a number of community organizations, I maintain a small private practice in order to give me adequate time for research and consultation regarding my patients’s concerns as needed.
Therefore, I do not accept insurance reimbursement for my services. I will, however, provide you a monthly summary of my services (a Superbill) that you can then submit to your insurance carrier when requesting reimbursement for my fees.
I recommend that you ask these questions of your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:
- Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
- Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
- Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
- Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?
Payment
I accept cash, check and all major credit cards as forms of payment. Payment is due at the beginning of each session.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 48 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged 50% of the full rate of the session.
Any cancellations 24 hours or less than a scheduled session will be charged the full rate of the session.
Extenuating circumstances will be considered.
